The Print Preview dialog can be used to preview how a report or chart will appear when it is printed. The Print Preview menu item in the Main Menu and the Print Preview button on the Toolbar are enabled when a report or chart is currently displayed in the Results Panel
The Print Preview Dialog contains a display area for the report or chart along with the following controls:
| Control | Description |
| Print Button | Sends the report or chart to the printer |
| Page Setup Button | Allows you to change how the report or chart is to be printed |
| First Page Button | Moves the preview display to the first page |
| Previous Page Button | Moves the preview display to the previous page |
| Page Number Textbox | If you enter a page number, the preview display will be moved to that page |
| Next Page Button | Moves the preview display to the next page |
| Last Page Button | Moves the preview display to the last page |
| Zoom Out Button | Allows you to change the size of the display area. When you click the button, the display are will change to the next smallest size and the Zoom Value Listbox will be changed to contain that size |
| Zoom In Button | Allows you to change the size of the display area. When you click the button, the display are will change to the next largest size and the Zoom Value Listbox will be changed to contain that size |
| Zoom Value ListBox | Allows you to select a zoom size from the dropdown list |
| Help | Allows you view additional information about Print Preview |
| Close Button | Closes the Print Preview Dialog |
The Print Preview Dialog can be accessed from the File -> Print Preview menu item of the menu or from the Preview button on the toolbar.
